Our story
We built ARPUS because we needed it ourselves.
ARPUS was founded by people who've been on both sides of the supply chain — and who experienced firsthand what unreliable sourcing partners actually cost. We built the firm we always wished had existed.
Why ARPUS exists
Most sourcing failures aren't product failures. They're partner failures.
Years of building and scaling e-commerce brands taught one unavoidable lesson: a brand's reputation is determined entirely by the reliability of its supply chain. Not the product photography. Not the ads. The supply chain.
We experienced what most importers experience — agents who vanished after payment, factories that shipped nothing like the approved sample, quotes that ballooned once an order was confirmed. So we stopped looking for a trustworthy sourcing partner and built one.
ARPUS is the result: a China-based sourcing firm built on the principle that transparency, accountability, and on-the-ground expertise aren't premium add-ons — they're the baseline.

Founder & CEO
Based in Pakistan and internationally active, Muhammad brings years of direct e-commerce experience — building and operating online brands across global markets. He founded ARPUS after growing frustrated with the gap between what sourcing agents promised and what they delivered.
His focus is on client relationships, commercial strategy, and holding every engagement to the standard he'd demand for his own brand.

On-Ground Operations, Guangzhou
Our China-based sourcing director brings over 20 years of on-the-ground manufacturing experience across Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu provinces — the heart of China's export manufacturing belt.
Mandarin-fluent and factory-floor present, they lead supplier vetting, price negotiation, and quality inspection — providing access and credibility that remote sourcing simply cannot replicate.
When ARPUS says a supplier has been verified, it means someone physically stood in that factory.
